La Kama

La Kama is a Moroccan seasoning blend of black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and nutmeg. It is just as versatile, but less well known, as Ras el Hanout or Garam Masala.  La Kama has a sweet, mellow peppery flavor and is more aromatically spicy as opposed to spicy hot.
